Why Collaborate with TW Policy Group

The Way Policy Group (TWPG) is developing an integrated ecosystem of AI, data, policy, and legal expertise around our dashboards and toolkits. We turn FAOSTAT, FishStatJ, WTO/WITS, OECD-CRS, World Bank, and other datasets into decision-ready intelligence for ministers, negotiators, and investors working in agriculture, fisheries, trade, and development finance.

As part of our Talent & Experts Hub, you do not just “support a project” – you help design, stress-test, and scale the underlying intelligence architecture that governments, development partners, and agribusinesses rely on. Whether you are an AI engineer, Power BI developer, WTO/trade law expert, policy researcher, or marketing & sales specialist, your work connects directly to shape negotiations, investment decisions, reform agendas, and country strategies.

We are strategically building a small team that can grow with TWPG as our dashboards evolve into subscription products, licensed toolkits, and co-branded solutions. Collaboration is long-term, impact-focused, and centred on measurable outcomes: better evidence, stronger deals, and more inclusive growth across Africa, emerging markets, and globally.
